Upon arrival at the port, follow signs to the Terminal. You can access PortMiami using different forms of transportation such as: car, taxi, uber, or simply using Metrorail's Orange Line to Downtown Miami and then hopping on the Metromover or City of Miami Coral Way Trolley from the Government Center Metrorail/Metromover Station.
Parking Information
Parking is conveniently available at all cruise terminals. Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage. Spaces are also available for oversized vehicles (oversized vans, recreational vehicles and vehicles with trailers) at special rates. All facilities are patrolled by security. Oversized vehicles may only park in Lot #2, across from Cruise Terminal E.

Discounted Parking Option
We have partnered with Premier Cruise Parking, an off-site (shuttle runs every 30 minutes), secured parking company. Premier Cruise Parking offers a 40% discount on port rates. If reserving this option, we recommend dropping off those who are traveling by car with you, and all luggage, at the cruise terminal prior to parking. Be sure to allow extra time for shuttle transit when making your travel plans for the day.

Carnival Cruise Line offers transportation between Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale International Airport to Port Miami on the day of embarkation or debarkation only. Guests may purchase transportation up to two days prior to their sail date.
To purchase Carnival's transportation service, your flight must arrive at:
• Miami International Airport - no later than 12:00 PM
• Ft. Lauderdale International - no later than 11:30 AM
Transportation service will run hourly and will be provided as follows:
• Miami International Airport - between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM
• Ft. Lauderdale International Airport - one departure at 12:00 PM
NOTE: Guests who purchase their own airfare tickets and are using Carnival's Airport Transportation are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise date. The airport is staffed based on known flight information. Once all known flights are met, the staff is released and service is no longer available.

Before The Cruise
Guests should plan to arrive the day before the cruise departs to avoid any potential flight delays, lost baggage, or other problems that may occur. On the date of departure, we recommend that you schedule your flight arrival by no later than 12:00pm-ET.
All guests must be on the ship by no later than 3:30pm-ET, as we will set sail at 4:00pm-ET.
After The Cruise
When booking your return flight, we recommend scheduling your departure for after 1:00pm-ET

Cancel For Any Reason
Travel Guard also offers an optional Cancel for Any Reason policy which must be purchased with your initial payment or deposit for ShipRocked. If you have to cancel for a non-covered reason, the Cancel for Any Reason option will reimburse you 50% of your non-refundable costs; covered reasons will receive a 100% refund.
Travel Guard will determine the amount of your refund based on the documentation you provide to them.
In the event of cancellation of your cruise, you must first contact ASK4 Reservations in writing by sending an email to reservations@ask4ent.com. Then, you must contact Travel Guard directly to submit a claim and request a refund of your cruise and travel related expenditures.
International Guests

Having a valid passport will help to expedite your debarkation experience as delays may occur upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the United States to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests who must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the United States without significant delays and complications.
Required Cruise Travel Documents

Names on Travel Documentation
The name on your cruise reservation/ticket MUST MATCH the name on your passport (or birth certificate and government-issued photo I.D., see below). Please click here regarding name changes as the result of a marriage, divorce or other legal name change, for information on additional documentation you may need to provide (such as a marriage certificate, etc).
Air Travel
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires that every state and territory resident to present a Real ID-compliant driver’s license, or another acceptable form of identification, such as a passport or enhanced driver’s license, in order to go through airport security and board a flight within the U.S.

U.S. Citizens
All U.S. Citizens aged 16 years and older taking “closed-loop” cruises – sailings which depart from and return to the same U.S. port – will be required to present a valid WHTI-compliant document – OR – proof of citizenship AND a valid government issued photo I.D.

Baptismal papers and hospital issued certificates of birth are not acceptable. Voter registration cards and Social Security cards are also not considered proof of citizenship.

Children
Children under the age of 16 at the time of sailing are not required to present a Photo ID, but must present a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship. The birth certificate can be original, photocopy, or certified copy.
Citizens of U.S. Territories and Commonwealth
Guests must follow the same travel documentation requirements. U.S. Territories and Commonwealth include: Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. John), America Samoa, Swains Island and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
U.S. Alien Residents
U.S. Alien Residents must contact the appropriate Consulates, U.S. Embassy and U.S. Immigration office to inquire about necessary travel documentation. Carnival assumes no responsibility for advising guests of Immigration requirements. Note: The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative does not pertain to U.S Alien Residents.
Carnival recommends that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of travel.
Guests are required to carry a valid, unexpired, Alien Resident Card (that includes a Photo I.D.). In addition, U.S. Alien Residents must contact the appropriate Consulates, U.S. Embassy and U.S. Immigration office to inquire about necessary travel documentation. Carnival assumes no responsibility for advising guests of Immigration requirements.
If an Alien Resident Card does not have an expiration date on the front, then it is a very old version and it is recommended that the guest applies to renew it. Filing instructions and forms are available at www.uscis.gov.
Photo I.D. Information (if not on the Alien Resident Card): A non-expired Government-Issued Photo I.D is required of all guests 16 years of age or older such as a Driver’s License, Driver’s Permit or Government issued identification card (city/state/federal).
Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S citizens are required to carry a valid, unexpired passport and a valid, unexpired Multiple Entry Visa, if applicable. In addition, Non-U.S Citizens are advised to check with the appropriate government authority to determine any additional necessary travel documents. Carnival assumes no responsibility for advising guests of Immigration requirements. Guests without proper identification may be refused boarding or entry into the United States.
Visa Waiver Program (VWP):
Non-U.S citizens that are eligible to apply for admission under the Visa Waiver Program must have a valid, unexpired machine readable passport that includes specified security features (biometric identifiers). In addition, travelers are required to have an electronic travel authorization via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).
Canadian Citizens:
Canadian citizens can present a valid passport, Enhanced Driver’s License, or Trusted Traveler Program card (NEXUS, SENTRI or FAST). Canadian children under 16 need only present a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship. The birth certificate can be original, photocopy, or certified copy.
Mexican Citizens:
Mexican citizens, including children, are required to present a passport with visa, or a Border Crossing Card.
